Guided tours

Tours walk you through a screen step by step, highlighting the actual buttons as they go. There are tours for the dashboard, products, settings, the website editor and more. Your progress shows how many you've completed.

  • Start any tour from All tours, or use Take a tour of this page in the page builder's tools menu.
  • Use the keyboard during a tour: next step, previous step, leave the tour, or open the page it's pointing at.
  • Tour settings control how and when tours appear. Reset all tours lets you watch them again from the start.

Report a bug

  1. Go to Bug Reports and click File a Ticket

  2. Describe it

A short title, what happened versus what you expected, and the steps to reproduce it (“1. Go to… 2. Click… 3. See error”).
  3. Set priority and severity

Priority: Low (cosmetic), Medium (a workaround exists), High (a feature is disabled) or Critical (blocker, site down). Severity describes how bad the effect is.
  4. Add the page and screenshots

The URL where it happened (for example /dashboard/theme) and any screenshots.
  5. Submit

Your browser details are attached automatically, which helps the engineers reproduce it.

Track your reports under Bug Reports: Open, In Progress, Needs Info (the team has a question for you) and Resolved. Filter by status and priority, or search by title or ID.

Bug report or ticket?

Bug Reports are for problems with Joomni itself. Tickets are for support issues in your own business, such as a customer's problem.
