Extensions
Extensions add features your business needs, and only those, so the dashboard stays simple. Install one and its menus and settings appear. Uninstall it and they go away.

Install an extension
Browse or search
Filter by category (AI & Automation, Operations, Marketing, Analytics, Vertical Solutions) or search. The Installed tab shows what you already have.Install
Click the extension and install it. Extensions are included with your plan; there's no separate charge.Configure
Fill in its settings, such as a phone number or tracking ID. Some extensions need none and show Ready to go!

| Client Projects | A project board and client records for agencies and freelancers. Adds Client Projects. Guide |
| Joomni AI Customer Agent | A shopping assistant customers can chat with on your storefront. Settings: welcome message, tone. Business plan. Guide |
| WhatsApp Business Chat | A floating WhatsApp button so customers can message you instantly. Settings: WhatsApp number with country code, welcome message, position (bottom-right or bottom-left). |
| Google Analytics 4 | Sends your storefront traffic to Google Analytics. Setting: Measurement ID (G-XXXXXXX). |
| Facebook Pixel | Tracks conversions and builds audiences for Facebook and Instagram ads. Setting: Pixel ID. |
| Custom Script Manager | Adds your own HTML, JavaScript or CSS to your storefront’s head or body, for Google Tag Manager, chat widgets or verification tags. Business plan. |
Plan-locked extensions
If an extension needs a higher plan, it shows the plan it needs, and installing it explains what the upgrade includes. During your free trial, every extension is available.
Uninstall
Use Uninstall on an installed extension. Its menus disappear from the sidebar. Think twice about uninstalling Bookings or POS during business hours: the tools your team uses will disappear.
