Payments
Choose how customers pay at checkout. Joomni connects to your own merchant accounts, so money goes straight to you. Joomni takes no commission on your sales.

Currency
Nepali gateways appear at checkout when your store currency is NPR. Set it in Store Details.
Cash on Delivery
Turn on Enable Cash on Delivery (COD)
Name and instructions
A display title (for example “Cash on Delivery”) and a note such as “Please keep the exact change ready.”Additional COD Fee (optional)
An amount added to the order total when COD is chosen, to cover the extra handling.
eSewa
Get merchant credentials
Register as an eSewa merchant and complete KYC. Once approved, find your Merchant ID and Secret Key in the integration section of your eSewa merchant account.Enter them in Joomni
Turn on Enable eSewa and paste both.Test first
Turn on Sandbox Mode (Testing), place a test order, then switch sandbox off to go live.
Khalti
Get your keys
In the Khalti Merchant Dashboard, go to Settings › API Key. You'll find a Public Key and a Secret Key.Enter them in Joomni
Turn on Enable Khalti and paste both. Customers can pay by Khalti wallet, e-banking or SCT cards.Test first
With Test Mode on, use Khalti's test keys. Switch to live keys (they start withlive_) when you're ready to take real payments.
Scan & Pay (custom QR)
Accept payment from any banking or wallet app by showing your own QR code, such as a Fonepay merchant QR.

Turn this on so customers must attach proof of payment with the order.
Check QR payments before shipping
QR payments aren't confirmed automatically. Match the customer's screenshot against your bank or Fonepay statement before you move the order on. See Orders.
IME Pay
Register with IME Pay
Contact the IME Pay business team. Once approved, you'll receive a Merchant ID, Module Name, API Username and API Password.Enter them in Joomni

Use UAT Mode (Testing) before going live.
After you're set up
- Online payments record the gateway's Transaction ID on the order. Use it to match payments in your merchant portal.
- Refunds are made from your eSewa, Khalti or IME Pay merchant portal. Cancelling an order in Joomni doesn't return money.
- Enabling at least one method completes the Accept payments step of the launch checklist.
