Order Lifecycle

Every order passes through several statuses:

  • Pending
    Customer placed order, payment not confirmed.
  • Paid
    Payment confirmed, ready to ship.
  • Fulfilled
    Shipped to customer.
  • Delivered
    Customer received the item.

Fulfilling an Order

When you are ready to ship:

  1. Open the Order details page.
  2. Click Fulfill Items.
  3. Enter the Tracking Number and select the Carrier (if applicable).
  4. Click "Fulfill". The customer will receive an email notification automatically.

AI Feature: Admin Agent Actions

On Professional plans and above, you can simply type "Fulfill order #1024 with tracking 12345" into the Admin Agent chat to perform this action instantly.

Refunds & Returns

To process a return:

  1. Click Refund on the order page.
  2. Select the items being returned.
  3. Choose "Restock items" if the product is sellable.
  4. Confirm the refund amount. The system will automatically update your revenue reports.
