Order Lifecycle
Every order passes through several statuses:
- PendingCustomer placed order, payment not confirmed.
- PaidPayment confirmed, ready to ship.
- FulfilledShipped to customer.
- DeliveredCustomer received the item.
Fulfilling an Order
When you are ready to ship:
- Open the Order details page.
- Click Fulfill Items.
- Enter the Tracking Number and select the Carrier (if applicable).
- Click "Fulfill". The customer will receive an email notification automatically.
AI Feature: Admin Agent Actions
On Professional plans and above, you can simply type "Fulfill order #1024 with tracking 12345" into the Admin Agent chat to perform this action instantly.
Refunds & Returns
To process a return:
- Click Refund on the order page.
- Select the items being returned.
- Choose "Restock items" if the product is sellable.
- Confirm the refund amount. The system will automatically update your revenue reports.
