Create your account

Go to joomni.com/register. You can sign up with Google or with your email address.

1. Choose how to sign up

   Sign up with Google skips the password step and signs you straight in. Or use email opens the form below.

2. Enter your name and email

   Use an email address you check. Order notifications, password resets and billing messages go there.

3. Name your store and pick a subdomain

   Type your Store Name and Joomni suggests a Store Subdomain from it, for examplemyshop becomes myshop.joomni.com. You can change the suggestion. Subdomains are unique, and a few (such as admin, api, www and help) are reserved for Joomni.

4. Set a password

   Type your own or use the generator to create a strong one, then copy it somewhere safe. Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to finish.

5. Verify your email

   If you signed up with email, you'll see Check Your Inbox. Open the verification email and click the link, then sign in at /login.

Your free trial

A new store runs on a 14-day trial with Business-plan access, so you can try every feature: POS, bookings, campaigns, analytics, courier integrations and AI connections. The Billing page shows how many trial days are left. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep the paid features. See Plans & Billing.

Create more stores

One account can own several stores, for example a shop and a separate business website. At the top of the dashboard sidebar, use the New store button to start the setup flow:

1. Choose the business type

   Online Store (catalog, cart, checkout, payments, orders and inventory) or Business Website (pages, blog, contact forms and client projects). The type decides which menus appear in the dashboard.

2. Enter the store name and subdomain

   Joomni checks the subdomain as you type: Domain is available & ready, already taken, or reserved. You can also ask for AI suggestions.

3. Optionally add your own domain

   If you already own a domain (like mybusiness.com), type it here. You'll be taken to the DNS instructions after the store is created. You can also skip this and do it later from Custom Domain.

Switch between your stores with the store switcher under the New store button. Each store has its own products, orders, website, settings and plan. An account can hold a limited number of stores; if you reach it, you'll see a message asking you to upgrade.

Keep your account secure

• Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to get a reset link by email.
• See where you're signed in. Settings › Sessions lists your signed-in devices and your staff's. Sign out any device you don't recognise, or all your other devices at once.
• Don't share the owner login. Give each team member their own account with only the permissions they need. See Staff & Permissions.
