Creating an Account

Getting started with Joomni is free and takes less than a minute. You do not need a credit card to sign up.

  1. Navigate to the Registration Page.
  2. Enter your Full Name, Email Address, and a secure Password.
  3. Click "Create Account".

Setting up 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)

Security is paramount for e-commerce. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your store from unauthorized access.

  1. Log in to your Admin Dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings > Security.
  3. Click "Enable 2FA".
  4. Scan the QR code using an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy.
  5. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm setup.

Security Tip

Never share your 2FA backup codes. Store them in a secure, offline location.

Recovering Your Password

If you forget your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a secure link to reset your credentials.
