Creating Discount Codes

Manual discount codes are codes your customers enter at checkout (e.g., `SUMMER20`).

  1. Go to Marketing > Discounts.
  2. Click Create Discount.
  3. Code: Enter a unique code (e.g., `WELCOME10`).
  4. Type: Choose Percentage (10% off), Fixed Amount (Rs. 500 off), or Free Shipping.
  5. Applies To: Select "Entire Order", "Specific Collection", or "Specific Product".
  6. Requirements: Set minimum purchase amount or quantity if needed.

Automatic Discounts

Automatic discounts apply immediately when the cart meets certain criteria, no code required.

  • Buy X Get Y: Perfect for BOGO (Buy One Get One) deals.
  • Bulk Savings: "Buy 3 items, get 15% off".

Note: Customers can only use one automatic discount per order.

Scheduling & Limits

Active Dates

Set a start date and time. Optionally set an end date for flash sales.

Usage Limits

Limit total uses (e.g., "First 100 customers") or limit to one use per customer.
