Adding Products

To add a new item, go to Products > Add Product. You can do this manually or use our AI tools.

AI Feature: Magic Product Upload
New

Simply upload a photo of your product. Our AI will analyze the image and automatically generate a Title, SEO Description, and Tags for you.

Variants & Options

Does your product come in different sizes or colors?

  1. Scroll down to the Options section.
  2. Check "This product has options".
  3. Add an option name (e.g., "Size") and values (e.g., "S, M, L").
  4. Joomni will automatically generate SKUs for each combination.

Inventory Tracking

Joomni tracks stock levels in real-time to prevent overselling.

  • Track Quantity: Enable this to count stock.
  • Continue selling when out of stock: Use this for pre-orders.
  • Low Stock Alerts: You will be notified when inventory dips below your defined threshold.

Collections

Organize your products into Collections (e.g., "Summer Sale", "Men's Shoes") to help customers browse easier. You can create Manual collections or Automated ones based on tags and price.
