How fast will I hear back?+
Usually within two business hours (10:00 – 18:00 NPT). Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next business day.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. Joomni is free to start, with no setup cost — you only pay if you choose a paid plan.
Can you help me move my existing store to Joomni?+
Yes. Choose “Sales & pricing” in the form and tell us where your store runs today; we will help you plan the move, from importing products to pointing your domain.
Which payments can my store accept?+
eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, QR payments and cash on delivery are built in. If you need something else, ask us and we will tell you what is possible.
