Leads

When someone fills in a contact or enquiry form on your website, it arrives as a lead. Joomni scores each one with AI, so you know who to call first.

How leads arrive

  1. Add a contact form to your site

In the page builder, add a Contact Form or Modern Contact Form section to any page, such as Contact, Services or your homepage.
  2. A visitor submits it

The lead appears in Sales & Marketing › Leads right away, and your store's contact email gets a notification with a link to it.
  3. AI reads it

Joomni analyses the message and gives it an AI Lead Score (0–100), an intent label and a short summary.
