Congratulations! You've built your store. Now it's time to perform a final audit, connect your domain, and open your doors to the world.
1. SEO & Content Audit
Before you share your link, ensure search engines can find you. Use Joomni's SEO Optimizer to check:
- Meta Titles: Are they descriptive and include your keywords?
- Social Sharing: Upload an OG Image so your links look beautiful on Facebook and Instagram.
- Broken Links: Click every button to ensure everything works as expected.
2. Testing the Checkout
Put yourself in your customer's shoes. Place a "Test Order":
- Visit your store like a normal customer.
- Add a product to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Verify that all shipping rates are calculating correctly.
- Ensure the order appears in your Admin Dashboard immediately.
- Check if you (the owner) and the customer received confirmation emails.
3. Connecting Your Domain
Ready to go professional? Connect your .com or .com.np:
Add your domain in Settings > Domains.
Configure CNAME and A records (we provide the values).
Wait for SSL to propagate (usually 15-60 minutes).
Disable 'Password Protection' to let the public in!
